SepSensor Monitoring Service is designed specifically to assist food service industry operators in managing grease interceptor maintenance.  Our advanced sensing technology, wireless monitoring capability and knowledge base regarding the performance and operation of grease interceptors is unmatched.  SepSensor’s sole focus is helping the food service industry manage grease interceptor performance and costs.

A SepSensor probe is inserted directly into the interceptor manhole. Information is communicated daily via standard mobile communication protocol directly to SepSensor Central Monitoring.  Once received, the information will be recorded and measured against individual interceptor design capacity and the selected target for pumping.  If pumping is required an email will be generated directly to the facility manager and other parties that are designated, such as the contracted pumper or municipal regulator.

Operators may log in and find up to date information on any site as needed.
